IGNITE is a 4 day/3 night dynamic gathering of LGBTQ youth of color - artists, budding activists, and critical thinkers - who will reimagine and create media for our resilience, our lives, and our communities.
Over 4 days, participants will engage in interactive skill shares about reproductive and media justice while learning the media skills needed to create murals, stencils, and other visual media to amplify the power of LGBTQ youth of color. IGNITE is open to all LGBTQ Youth of Color 18-24 currently living in the Southeast region. Accepted participants will have travel to and from site, lodging, food, and other camp related expenses covered. To apply, complete the online application or download a hard copy from our website and submit it by mail. All applications, including mailed hard copies, must be received by us no later than November 10th! To learn more about the IGNITE Media Camp, visit our website at www.sparkrj.org! |
