Yoga by Yolo!

GIVING THANKS! This november, I complete my training and will be a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher! This training has been invaluable. I've learned alot about my body, our bodies, and the great capacity for yoga to help us all heal spiritually and physically. So starting in november, I am extending my efforts to share this gift with the world by offering  group classes and private yoga sessions! And while I'm speaking of sharing,  I wouldn't have been able to have this education at all if it weren't for the the wonderful women of ZAMI, Mary Anne Adams, Linda Bryant & Wendy Belkin.  ZAMI's scholarship award funded a large part of my yoga education. So as a way of giving thanks to them, the women of ZAMI, Linda & Wendy will always be welcome to my yoga classes free of charge.
