... learning, pushing, accepting

say thank you every morning
push through email anxiety
stop expecting unnecessary breaks
be loyal to yourself in conversations
shut up when you need to shut up
drink only when you want to drink
consume what interests you
give in to the possibilities of success
take hold of your physical and mental plight
be interested in your fears
be committed to your truths
be humbled by all that you don't know and cannot control
love HARDER
expect GREATER
